The present invention relates to a composition comprising water, a polymer comprising at least one monomer containing a sulfonic group and a compound of general formula (I) or a salt thereof: in which R1 and R2 represent, independently of one another, a hydrogen atom, a saturated or unsaturated, linear or branched C1-C18 aliphatic hydrocarbon radical； or a C6-C18 aryl radical； at least one of the R1 and R2 groups being other than a hydrogen atom.
