The first and second rigid intermediate member end parts are connected to each other via at least three longitudinal elements (38) in such a way that the at least three longitudinal elements control a radial deflection of the handling end portion by a radial deflection of the actuating end portion through a movement of the at least three longitudinal elements in a longitudinal direction.
