PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical sheath capable of preventing the wire material of a blade layer from being exposed with a configuration simpler than that of the prior art and reducing the number of parts and cost. A tube 20 having a main lumen 23, first and second wire lumens 21 and 22, and a blade layer 24 arranged so as to surround each of these lumens 21 to 23, and a tube distal end 20A. And a pull ring 40 provided on the wire lumen 21 and 22, respectively, and first and second joints 31a and 32a respectively joined to the inner surface 40a of the pull ring 40 at one end thereof.
