A harness assembly for suspending a user. The assembly includes a support. The support includes a back plate having a shape corresponding to a users back for supporting the users back in a predetermined configuration. A torso connector is fastened to the support for engaging the users torso and releasably fastening the support to the users torso adjacent the users back. A leg loop is connected to the support. The leg loop is sized for surrounding the users leg to fasten the support to the users leg. The assembly includes a suspender that is extendable outward from the support for suspending the user fastened to the support.
