Disclosed is a method by which a brain disease prediction device predicts a brain disease state change. The prediction method comprises the steps of: allowing the brain disease prediction device to acquire a test image indicating a plurality of images, wherein the test image is an image in which at least a part of a human brain is photographed at a predetermined time interval； allowing the brain disease prediction device to perform pre-processing for converting the test image into processable test voxels in order to analyze an image, wherein the test voxels are data classified into three-dimensional voxel units； allowing the brain disease prediction device to respectively map, into voxel units, a first test voxel acquired on the basis of a first time point and a second test voxel acquired on the basis of a second time point, which is set after a predetermined time, among the test voxels acquired from a specific patient, thereby generating data sets for each voxel； and allowing the brain disease prediction device to extract changes in the test voxels by using a deep neural network, and generate a state change probability model on the basis of the changes in the test voxels.L'invention concerne un procédé par lequel un dispositif de prédiction de maladie cérébrale prédit un changement d'état de maladie cérébrale.
