To provide an anchor stent capable of optimally retaining an arrangement of a stent.SOLUTION: An anchor stent 21 includes a long cylindrical body 21a, two flange parts 21b and 21ba spaced apart in the longitudinal direction of the cylindrical body 21a, and a resin film 21c constituting at least the cylindrical body 21a. The anchor stent 21 is configured to insert the cylindrical body 21a into insertion holes respectively provided at adjacent biological organs and engage the two flange parts 21b and 21ba thereto so as to connect biological organs. The two flange parts 21b and 21ba respectively include apertures 21f abd 21fa formed therein for communicating an internal space of the cylindrical body 21a to the outsides of the respective flanges 21b and 21ba.
