In the first stage of measurements, the delay time or early end of the pulse regulated with respect to the pulse duration relative to the reference one is increased at each subsequent presentation discretely with a constant step of 0.5 ms, Subject will not determine the moment of sensation that the light pulses begin or end not simultaneously.
