PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve works of separation and arrangement of a cooked ingredient in a sanitary state with good work efficiency, without contacting the cooked ingredient and bread.SOLUTION: A cooking method of cooked bread is configured so that, a cooked ingredient 20 is arranged on a sheet body 10 which is formed by folding one sheet and laminating the same in two layers, and the ingredient is sandwiched in bread 30 with the sheet body. When the sheet body is removed from the cooked ingredient sandwiched in the bread with the sheet body, a long cooking auxiliary tool 50 extending along a folding end part 13 is inserted into a space between the first sheet body 11 and the second sheet body 12, and the second sheet body is pulled toward outside of the bread. Following after going round of the first sheet body to the second sheet body side, the first sheet body is peeled from the cooked ingredient, and whole sheet body is pulled to outside of the bread, and the cooking auxiliary tool passes a lower side of the cooked ingredient in a state of being partitioned by the first sheet body, and is removed to outside of the bread.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】調理具材及びパンに触れることなく、衛生的で作業効率の良い調理具材の分離及び載置の作業を実現する。【解決手段】1枚のシートを折り畳んで2層に重ねたシート体10の上に調理具材20が載せられ、調理具材がシート体ごとパン30に挟まれた調理パンの調理方法であり、シート体ごとパンに挟まれた調理具材からシート体を取り除く際に、第1シート体11と前記第2シート体12との間に折り畳み端部13に沿って延びる長尺状の調理補助具50を挿入し、第2シート体をパンの外側に向かって引っ張る。第1シート体の第2シート体側への回り込みに伴って、調理具材から第1シート体が剥がれてシート体全体がパンの外側に引き出されるとともに、調理補助具が第1シート体によって区画された状態で調理具材の下側を通ってパンの外側に取り除かれる。【選択図】図5
