PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter including: a land-leveling member, by which missing plant can be prevented from occurring caused by pushing down or washing away a seedling, because when the mud of a field surface is crushed or when irregularities thereof are leveled, the mud or water flow is moved to the side opposite to the side, at which the seedling was planted and a seedling planting section with a simple construction.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is provided with a seedling planting section 7 comprising a float 4 for sliding on a farm field surface to flatten the farm field surface, a seedling tank 5 for accommodating and delivering a mat seedling, and a planting device 6 for taking the seedling from the seedling tank 5 and planting the seedling in the farm field, in manners to ascend and descend through a lift link 9, on the back portion of a running car body 3 having right and left front wheels 1 and 1 and rear wheels 2 and 2. In front of the float 4, there is provided a land-leveling member 10 for leveling the farm field surface between the right and left rear wheels 2 and 2.
