The present invention relates to an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, or wrinkle-ameliorating composition including green ball apple peel extract as an active ingredient. The peel extract of green ball (Malus pumila Mill.) apples, which is a newly developed species, of the present invention has an antioxidant effect by inhibiting DPPH radical, ABTS radical, and TBARs and increasing PF and has an effect of suppressing an inflammatory response by inhibiting hyaluronidase activity. Moreover, the present invention is expected to be useful as an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, or wrinkle-ameliorating pharmaceutical composition, a health functional food composition, and a cosmetic composition since elastin molecular morphology is maintained by inhibiting elastase activity and a wrinkle-ameliorating effect is provided by inhibiting collagenase activity.본 발명은 그린볼 사과 껍질추출물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 항산화, 항염증, 또는 주름개선용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 신육성 품종인 그린볼(Green ball； Malus pumila Mill.) 사과 껍질추출물은 DPPH radical, ABTS radical, 및 TBARs를 저해하고 PF를 증가시킴으로써 항산화 효과를 가지며, hyaluronidase 활성을 저해함으로써 염증반응을 억제시키는 효과를 나타낸다. 또한, elastase 활성을 저해함으로써 elastin 분자 형태를 유지시키고, collagenase 활성을 저해함으로써 주름개선 효과를 나타내므로, 항산화, 항염증, 또는 주름개선용 약학적 조성물, 건강기능식품 조성물, 및 화장료 조성물 등으로 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
