PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous extraction device and continuous extraction system capable of providing high-concentration coffee extraction liquid with excellent flavor by highly efficiently using raw-material coffee beans.SOLUTION: The continuous extraction device and continuous extraction system using the continuous extraction device according to the present invention, mill roasted coffee beans and extraction liquid, with their coexisting therein. The continuous extraction device includes: a screw-type mill 1 having a first rotor rotating at a high speed, and a housing having the first rotor on the bottom； and a continuous supply part that continuously supplies the roasted coffee beans and the extraction liquid to the inside of the mill 1.
