Disclosed are a moxa rod of moxa charcoal and disposable apparatus for moxa cautery using the same, wherein the moxa rod of moxa charcoal comprises 50-70 mass % of charcoal, 20-40 mass % of moxa charcoal, 0.1-3 mass % of herb, and impurities, and is capable of not only avoiding potent fragrance of moxa and avoiding tar marks deposited on skins upon moxa cautery but also having effects of aroma therapy.
