PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate section having a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface which is so sealed in a bag as to protect against the degradation of an active ingredient during storage in a bag packaging； and to provide a method for manufacturing the substrate.SOLUTION: The substrate section has such a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface as is covered with a carrier layer which at least partially projects further than the adhesive surface and which is subdivided with an incision that forms a removal aid. The adhesive during storage gives rise to a cold flow to escape through this incision and causes adhesion to the bag. This substrate section is characterized in that the carrier layer is configured as two carrier-layer sections which overlap in the adjoining area in order to improve the storage stability by preventing the adhesive from escaping.【課題】袋包装で保存中に活性成分の分解から保護するために袋に密封した感圧接着剤表面を有する基材部分およびその基材の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】感圧接着剤表面は、その接着剤表面よりも少なくとも部分的に突出したキャリア層でカバーされている。そのキャリア層は剥離補助部分を形成する切れ目で分割される。保存中には接着剤はコールドフローとなってこの切れ目を通じて漏洩し、袋と接着する原因をなしている。その基材部分は、接着剤が漏洩することを防ぐことで保存安定性を向上するために、そのキャリア層が隣接する領域で重なる二つのキャリア層部分として構成されていることを特徴としている。【選択図】なし
