PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice transplanter having a rotary type seedling planting device capable of correcting defects such as twisting of power transmission elements attributable to functioning of a non-uniform velocity member.SOLUTION: A rice transplanter of the present invention includes a reverse phase torque generation member 130 for adding a reverse phase torque Tan which becomes a reverse phase to a rotation torque T of a transplant mechanism 8 on the basis of a non-uniform velocity rotation power.
