PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article capable of preventing peeling of a surface sheet and breakage due to the peeling of the surface, when a non-thermal seal fiber is used in the surface sheet.SOLUTION: An absorbent article comprises an absorber 4 between a surface sheet 3 and a rear surface sheet 2, and comprises a side sheet 7 along a longer direction on each of both side parts on a skin side. The surface sheet 3 includes non-thermal seal fibers and the rear surface sheet 2 and the side sheets 7 include thermal seal resin.
