PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce odor of urine or the like and to prevent the hand from becoming dirty when abandoning an absorbent sheet.SOLUTION: In an absorbent sheet 1 which has a liquid-permeable surface sheet 2, a liquid-impermeable rear surface sheet 3, and an absorber 4 put between the surface sheet 2 and the rear surface sheet 3, a liquid-impermeable leakage prevention sheet 5 is provided for an opposite side to the absorber 4 of the rear surface sheet 3. The leakage prevention sheet 5 has: a folding part 51 where a part of a peripheral edge part of the leakage prevention sheet 5 is fixed to a peripheral edge part of the rear surface sheet 3 and a peeling part 52 which is peelable from the rear surface sheet 3. After the absorbent sheet 1 is used, the peeling part 52 is folded back at the folding part 51, and the peeling part 52 covers the surface sheet 2.
