A patient interface for delivering breathable gas to a patient, the patient interface comprising a sealing portion including a nose tip engagement portion 452 adapted to form a seal with the patient’s nose tip, an upper lip engagement portion 462 adapted to form a seal with the patient’s upper lip and/or base of the patient’s nares, and nostril engagement flaps adapted to form a seal with the patient’s nares, and a supporting portion supporting and adding rigidity to at least one of the nose tip engagement portion, the upper lip engagement portion, and the nostril engagement flaps. The supporting portion provides different degrees of rigidity to each of the nose tip engagement portion, the upper lip engagement portion, and the nostril engagement flaps. The nostril engagement flaps are configured to be flexed outwardly by the patient’s nose when the sealing portion is mounted on the patient’s face.
