A patient interface 459 for delivering pressurized breathable gas to a patient, the patient interface comprising a flexible sealing portion 450 adapted to form a seal with the patient’s nares, the flexible sealing portion including a pair of nostril engagement flaps structured to align against the patient’s nostrils, a rigid frame 546 to which the flexible sealing portion 450 is mounted, the rigid frame 546 comprising a pair of headgear connectors 456 configured to connect to headgear and extending in opposite lateral directions from the flexible sealing portion 450, and a first aperture located on a lateral side of the patient interface and configured to connect to a flexible tube 548. The nostril engagement flaps are structured to flex toward the headgear connectors 456 in use. The headgear connectors 456 are positioned to allow the nostril engagement flaps to flex a predetermined distance before contacting the headgear connectors 456.
