PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exercise assist device that enables a person-subjected-to-measurement himself/herself to simply recognize that he/she does exercise with a good posture suitable for the exercise.SOLUTION: Information on a users physique is acquired. An exercise posture of the user doing repetitive exercises is detected on the basis of the information on his/her physique and user sensing information.
