PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leak of urine to an outer in a use mode for simple exchange and to simplify manufacturing.SOLUTION: There are provided: an absorber 2 a liquid-permeable top sheet 3 covering a skin side of the absorber 2 and a waterproof sheet 4 covering a non-skin side of the absorber 2. In an area including at least a wearers urination opening H of the waterproof sheet 4, there is provided an opening planned part 10 which is not fixed to the absorber 2 side, and on the non-skin side of the waterproof sheet 4 is arranged a cover sheet 11 which covers a wider area than the opening planned part 10 via an adhesive layer 13 for fixing the cover sheet, releasably covers the adhesive layer 13 for fixing the cover sheet in an area outside the opening planned part 10, and is unreleasably bonded to the adhesive layer 13 for fixing the cover sheet at the opening planned part 10.
