PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily wear a pull-up type absorbent article.
SOLUTION: In the pull-up type absorbent article, an absorber 2 is jointed to the lower ends of a front part 401 and a rear part 403 of an exterior sheet 4 in two second joint areas 62 between the absorber 2 and the exterior sheet 4. Along the lower ends, there are areas where the absorber 2 and the exterior sheet 4 are not in contact on the left and right sides of the second joint area 62. With this structure, the circumferential length of a leg opening can be extended by easily deforming the left or right-side area between the front part 401 and the rear part 403 of the absorber 2, so that legs can be easily inserted into the leg openings. Further, as the absorber is jointed to the exterior sheet 4 along the whole width in two first joint areas 61, the toes inserted from a body opening to wear the absorbent article can be prevented from being caught in the absorber 2. As a result, the absorbent article can be easily worn.
