The present invention relates to a double duct steam jacket of grain feed manufacturing equipment, which is installed in all or part of a duct connected between a cooler for drying and cooling an inputted raw material and a cyclone for collecting fine dust, and dries inner residual. The double duct steam jacket of grain feed manufacturing equipment comprises a steam jacket, a steam supplying unit, a condensate water discharging unit, and a controlling unit. The steam jacket forms a steam pipe inside by surrounding the outer circumference of the duct and forming a double duct, includes a temperature gauge for measuring inner temperature of the steam pipe, and has a plurality of inlet sockets and outlet sockets such that steam of high temperature received in the steam pipe through the inlet sockets increases the inner temperature of the duct to dry the residual and condensate water is discharged through the outlet sockets. The steam supplying unit generates steam of high temperature and supplies the steam to the inside of the steam jacket through a steam supplying pipe connected to the inlet sockets. The condensate water discharging unit is connected to the outlet sockets and discharges the condensate water generated in the steam pipe through a condensate water discharging pipe. The controlling unit receives a measuring signal of the temperature gauge and controls steam supply and discharge of the condensate water by controlling valves installed in the steam supplying unit and the condensate water discharging unit.
