Provided is a single piece classification structure of granular materials, which includes a material input component; a spiral conveying unit provided with a plurality of spiral pushing rods, each having a surface formed thereon with a spiral protrusion; and a material feeding unit connected to the spiral conveying unit for placing the granular materials into a material feeding slide rail. Accordingly, an operator may pour the granular materials into the material input component, and the granular materials are pushed to move toward the material feeding unit by the spiral protrusions on the spiral pushing rods, so that the granular materials do not collide with each other during conveyance. The granular materials are placed into a material feeding slide rail through the material feeding unit for performing subsequent processing or packaging. In addition, a material turning unit is provided between the material input component and the spiral conveying unit. The material turning unit is provided with a material turning rod for turning the granular materials. The granular materials are turned by the material turning rod of the material turning unit for being detached from the material input component, and the granular materials are placed into the spiral conveying unit one by one for conveyance, thereby effectively turning the granular materials into the spiral conveying unit one by one.一種粒狀素材之單顆分類結構,包含有一入料部件;一一螺旋輸送單元,其設有多個螺旋推動桿,該些螺旋推動桿表面設置一螺旋突部;一給料單元,其與該螺旋輸送單元連接,將粒狀素材放入一給料滑軌;據此,作業人員將粒狀素材倒入該入料部件,藉由該螺旋推動桿上的螺旋突部推動粒狀素材朝該給料單元移動,讓粒狀素材在運送的過程中不會相互碰撞,透過該給料單元將粒狀素材放入一給料滑軌進行後續加工或包裝;再者可在入料部件和螺旋輸送單元之間設一撥料單元,該撥料單元設有撥動粒狀素材之撥料桿;該些粒狀素材受到撥料單元之撥料桿撥動帶離該入料部件,並逐一地將粒狀素材放入該螺旋輸送單元輸送,有效的將粒狀素材逐一撥入螺旋輸送單元。
