The present invention relates to a wheelchair wherein a portion of a seat can be reciprocally moved in a front upward direction. The present invention provides a wheelchair wherein a conventional wheelchair is improved to be divided into a movable unit which can be upwardly moved and a non-movable unit which cannot be upwardly moved. The wheelchair comprises: a frame unit having an upper frame and a lower frame a seat placed on the upper frame, wherein a user can sit an armrest placed in both sides of the seat a backrest placed in the rear of the seat and a first and a second wheel placed in both sides of the frame unit. According to the present invention, the movable unit of the wheelchair comprises: a seat moving unit composed of a portion of the seat an armrest and a backrest.
