PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of operation property and reduce limitations of an imaging technique in standing position imaging and recumbent position imaging.SOLUTION: An L-shaped connection metal fitting 31 is fixed to an X-ray detection part 14 for recumbent position imaging. A slide mechanism 32 which can be extended and shrunk in an X-direction is connected to a space between a lower end part of a movable support 6 and a lower end part of a vertical part 31b. In a state in which the slide mechanism 32 is shrunk to become a minimum size, a radiation operation part 9 and the X-ray detection part 14 for recumbent position imaging move in an integrated state to the X-direction. When the movable support 6 is separated from the X-ray detection part 14 for recumbent position imaging, and moved to outside of a movable range of the X-ray detection part 14 for recumbent position imaging, the radiation operation part 9 can be lowered to a position lower than a top plate 4 while avoiding interference with a recumbent position imaging platform 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT【課題】本発明は、操作性の低下を防止しつつ、立位撮影及び臥位撮影での撮影手技の制限を少なくすることを目的とするものである。【解決手段】臥位撮影用X線検出部14には、L字形の連結金具31が固定されている。可動支柱6の下端部と垂直部31bの下端部との間には、X方向に伸縮可能なスライド機構32が連結されている。スライド機構32を最小に縮めた状態では、照射操作部9及び臥位撮影用X線検出部14が一体にX方向へ移動する。可動支柱6を臥位撮影用X線検出部14から切り離して臥位撮影用X線検出部14の可動範囲の外側まで移動させることにより、照射操作部9は、臥位撮影台2との干渉を避けつつ天板4よりも低い位置まで下げることが可能となっている。【選択図】図2
