C hot water on the leaf surface or soil around the plant body for 10-70 seconds, or dipping leaves or the entire germinated individual of the plant body in the 35-65 deg. C hot water for 10-70 seconds； and repeating the spraying or the dipping process for 2-7 times for every 10-30 seconds. The germinated individual of the plant body is sprout vegetables.
