The automatic plant cultivation module comprises a planting facility and a planting timing control facility connectively configured on the planting facility. In the planting facility, at least one division body contained therein is utilized to divide a hollow tank body into at least one nutrient liquid tank and at least two planting tanks. The hollow tank body comprises at least one support body that is provided for placing at least two planting containers in the planting tanks. The division body is configured with a reflow opening communicated with the nutrient liquid tank and the two planting tanks. The planting timing control facility comprises a nutrient liquid replenisher, an illuminator and a controller, in which the nutrient liquid replenisher is utilized to inject a nutrient liquid into the nutrient liquid tank, the illuminator is utilized to supply illumination to the planting objects, and the controller is utilized to set timings of the nutrient liquid replenisher and the illuminator in accordance with types of the planting objects.
