Disclosed is a method for breeding poplar haploid belonging to the breeding field of poplar haploid. Said method comprises the steps of 1) inoculating the disinfected poplar anthers in the callus induction medium so as to obtain the poplar calli2)obtaining the poplar adventitious buds by inoculating the adventitious bud differentiation medium with the calli 3) the adventitious buds being inoculated in rooting medium to obtain the test-tube seedlings4) after the ploidy identification, obtaining the poplar haploid plants. The cultivation method can be used for large-scale and industrialized production.Linvention porte sur un procédé pour cultiver un haploïde de peuplier, lequel procédé appartient au domaine de culture dun haploïde de peuplier. Ledit procédé comprend les étapes consistant à 1) inoculer des anthères de peuplier désinfectées dans le milieu dinduction de cal de façon à obtenir les cals de peuplier 2) à obtenir les bourgeons adventifs de peuplier par inoculation du milieu de différenciation de bourgeons adventifs avec les cals 3) à inoculer les bourgeons adventifs dans un milieu denracinement afin dobtenir les plants de tube à essai 4) après lidentification de ploïdie, à obtenir les plants haploïdes de peuplier. Le procédé de culture peut être utilisé pour une production à grande échelle et industrialisée.
