The present invention relates to nanocomposites for the controlled delivery of active ingredients into the central nervous system. The nanocomposite according to the present invention comprises a biocompatible core part comprising biodegradable material, and polyelectrolytes able to form a electrostatic van der Waals interactions with the material of the core part. The core part of the nanocomposite is able to bind various pharmaceutical agents. The present invention also relates to a process for the preparation of the nanocomposite according to the present invention and to the use of the nanocomposite according to the present invention.La présente invention concerne des nanocomposites pour l'administration contrôlée de principes actifs dans le système nerveux central. Le nanocomposite selon la présente invention comporte une partie centrale biocompatible comprenant un matériau biodégradable, et des polyélectrolytes capables de former des interactions électrostatiques de type van der Waals avec le matériau de la partie centrale. La partie centrale du nanocomposite est capable de se lier à des agents pharmaceutiques variés. La présente invention concerne également un procédé pour la préparation et l'utilisation du nanocomposite selon la présente invention.
