PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microsnake retractor allowing easy exclusion of an internal organ and allowing insertion into a treatment tool channel of an endoscope, in minimally invasive treatment such as NOTES (Natural Orifice Translumenal Endoscopic Surgery).SOLUTION: This retractor 1 includes: an exclusion part 11 an introduction part 12 extending to the exclusion part and a handle part 13 provided at the proximal end of the introduction part.
