PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retractor, though having a narrow diameter at a time of insertion, capable of developing an exclusion surface with a high degree of freedom in the abdominal cavity, and having excellent usability in the instrument percutaneously inserted into the abdominal cavity and excluding the organ in a single port surgery.SOLUTION: The retractor includes: a shaft 1 and a deformation part 2 having an outside diameter of not less than 1.5 mm and not more than 3.8 mm and formed as a series of a long rod body and a grip part 3 detachably provided to the shaft 1. The deformation part 2 as an exclusion part is formed of an annealed stainless steel or the like.
