A biological information processing system comprising a biological information measurement device for measuring the biological information of a subject, and a control device for managing the biological information, wherein the biological information measurement device comprises: a storage unit for correlating measurement date and time information indicating the date and time at which the biological information was measured and flag information indicating whether the measurement date and time is a provisional date and time prior to clock adjustment, and storing the correlated information as measurement data; and a data transmission unit for transmitting, to the control device, the measurement data and the measurement-side clock information held by the biological information measurement device.
