PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biological information measuring device and a biological information measuring system that can reduce power consumption.SOLUTION: A biological information measuring device 10 includes a timer unit 12, a communication unit 15 that can communicate with an external device, a measuring unit 11 that measures biological information of a subject, and a control unit 17. The control unit 17 causes the timer unit 12 to start measuring time by the time when measurement of the biological information by the measuring unit 11 is completed at the latest.
