PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing weight which can easily perform an exchange operation related to a change in weight and can reduce the bulkiness of an exchange weight (adjustment weight) and troublesome handling. A fishing weight (1) includes a pipe member (5) through which a wire (3b) as a line thread passes, a base weight (7) fixed to the pipe member (5), and an adjustment weight attached and detached in the radial direction of the pipe member (5). It has 8 and 9, and the cap member 11 screwed to the male screw 5d formed in the outer surface of the pipe member 5. After mounting the adjustment weights 8 and 9, the adjustment weights 8 and 9 are sandwiched and integrated with the base weight 7 by the rotation operation of the cap member 11.
