The present invention relates to a fertilizer applicator for a rice transplanter with a function of adjusting a discharge ratetl of fertilizer. The fertilizer applicator precisely and finely adjusts a discharge rate of fertilizer during fertilizing operations, and thus improves the performance of fertilization operations and enhances the overall efficiency of transplanting operations accordingly. The fertilizer applicator according to the present invention comprises a plurality of fertilizer application modules which are arranged in the horizontal direction at a rear position of a driving vehicle of the rice transplanter. The fertilizer application modules comprise: a fertilizer hopper for storing fertilizer; a fertilizer discharge unit arranged at a lower end of the fertilizer hopper, and discharging fertilizer; a fertilizer discharge pipe connected to the fertilizer discharge unit; and a discharge amount adjusting unit arranged at one side of the fertilizer discharge unit, and adjusting the discharge amount of fertilizer. The fertilizer discharge unit includes: a discharge case detachably coupled to a lower end of the fertilizer hopper; and a discharge roller installed to be rotatable inside the discharge case.
