An irrigation liquid is supplied directly to the discharge part from the discharge amount adjustment part through the first hole (173) when the external liquid pressure is low, and supplied to the discharge part from the discharge amount adjustment part through the second hole (174) and the second pressure reducing flow path when the external liquid pressure is high.
