FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and is intended for direct replacement of dentition after total dental removal. Direct detachable denture consists of basis of 2 mm thickness and artificial teeth of dentition. Basis is made of transparent thermoplastic by vacuum thermo pressing, and its borders are adapted to tissues of prosthetic bed by intraoral method by dental light curing polymer. Artificial denture teeth are made of polymer by additive 3D printing technology. Virtual positioning of teeth is performed in virtual articulator, and their shape and position are matched with personalized aesthetic peculiarities of patient. Printed dentures are connected to the prosthesis base by means of a light-cured dental polymer, with the possibility of repeated use in the same patient on subsequent replaceable bases produced by a similar technique at later terms of the postoperative period, up to formation of a prosthetic bed for final prosthetics.
