An object of the present invention is to provide a composition for external use comprising a polyunsaturated fatty acid having higher stability over time. The present invention provides the following composition, in which the stability over time of a polyunsaturated fatty acid is high. A composition comprising a component (A) and a component (B) shown below, the component (B) being dispersed in a continuous phase that contains the component (A): (A) at least one member selected from the group consisting of tocopherol and phytic acid； and (B) liposomes containing a polyunsaturated fatty acid or a derivative thereof.
