PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide layering methods which are hardly caused root rot of laid cultivation plants, can suppress the inhibition of plant growth, and furthermore, whose cultivation material during masking period becomes hygienic and excellent in water retention.SOLUTION: The layering method for collecting a plant (50) to be cultivated in an artificial soil medium (36) by layering comprises a masking step of peeling some parts of the epidermis of the plant 50 and masking with a raising medium 11, wherein as the raising medium 11, the same or the same kind as the artificial soil culture medium 36 is used. In the masking step, a peeled part 52 of the epidermis of the plant 50 is loosely surrounded with a packaging material 10, and the raising medium 11 is filled up in a gap 32 between the peeled part 52 and the packing material 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】取り木した栽培植物の根腐れが生じ難く、植物の生長の阻害を抑制することができ、さらに、養生期間中の栽培材料が衛生的で且つ保水性に優れたものとなる取り木方法を提供する。【解決手段】人工土壌培地３６で栽培する植物５０を取り木によって採取する取り木方法であって、植物５０の表皮の一部を剥離して育成培地１１で被覆する養生工程を包含し、育成培地１１として人工土壌培地３６と同一又は同種の培地を使用する。養生工程において、植物５０の表皮の剥離部５２を包装材１０で緩く包囲し、剥離部５２と包装材１０との隙間３２に育成培地１１を充填する。【選択図】図３
