A HIFU device having a blocking unit and a method for removing image noise of the HIFU device and protecting an imaging transducer thereof are disclosed. The HIFU device according to an embodiment comprises: a therapeutic transducer for transmitting a HIFU signal to an object； an imaging transducer for transmitting an imaging ultrasonic signal and receiving the ultrasonic signal reflected from the object； an imaging processing unit for generating an image of the object from the ultrasonic signal received through the imaging transducer； and a blocking unit for blocking, from a transfer path, the imaging ultrasonic signal causing image noise so as to block the noise generated in the image of the object as the imaging ultrasonic signal transmitted from the imaging transducer is reflected from an interface of transfer media, and part of the reflected ultrasonic signal is multi-reflected between the therapeutic transducer and the interface and re-reflected back to the imaging transducer.L'invention concerne un dispositif HIFU comportant une unité de blocage et un procédé destiné à éliminer le bruit d'image du dispositif HIFU et à protéger un transducteur d'imagerie de ce dernier.
