The camber tube penetrates the first installation hole and the second installation hole along a horizontal axis and has two camber holes. The first fixing unit includes a first binding ring member installed to the first installation hole and used for the camber tube to penetrate and a first screw nut used to tighten the whole circumference of the first binding ring member to tightly bind the camber tube. The second fixing unit includes a second biding ring member installed to the second installation hole and used for the camber tube to penetrate and a second screw nut used to tighten the whole circumference of the second binding ring member to tightly binding the camber tube.
