The present invention relates to a method for producing a biomaterial for tissue regeneration having remarkably improved qualities. The produced biomaterial for tissue regeneration includes sodium hyaluronic acid as a main ingredient. The stability and durability of a product are improved through a plurality of cross-linking reactions. Components that are harmful to the human body are completely removed by performing a plurality of precipitating, re-hydrating, washing, and sterilizing/disinfecting steps.
