PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a mixture for mixed vegetable and seafood tempura capable of leveling into an approximately uniform thickness, by leveling uniformly the mixture for mixed vegetable and seafood tempura supplied into a retainer, even when a viscosity of batter is high or coating liquid is little.SOLUTION: There is provided a forming method of a mixture for mixed vegetable and seafood tempura.
