A bioelectrode sensor for self holding according to an embodiment of the present invention includes dry electrodes, and electrode pad, a lead line, and bonding grooves. The bonding grooves according to an embodiment of the present invention are formed on a surface of a substrate. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a bonding groove formed on a surface of a substrate is manufactured by an etching method.
