The present invention relates to a toe insert for preventing tinea pedis which prevents tinea pedis and cleans feet. The toe insert comprises: a closed curve shaped elastic string； and a first toe pad and a second toe pad which are made of fabric or paper, which can absorb sweat, and have predetermined width and length. The first toe pad is folded in half and is placed for the folded part to be inserted into the string. The second toe pad is folded in half and is placed by being inserted into the string for the folded part to be faced with the first toe pad. The first and second toe pads are placed between toes as the first and second toe pads are pulled towards an ankle by elasticity of the string by placing the second toe pad to cover the bottom surface of the ring toe after rotating the string back to the ankle as the first toe pad to cover the bottom surface of the index toe.
