The present invention relates to a disposable toe pad and a method for producing the same. The disposable toe pad of the present invention includes a toe receiving unit in a ring shape for storing each toe by being divided into multiple partitions using multiple combining units which is formed by combining a pair of pads to the width direction crossing the extension direction of the pads. The disposable toe pad is formed into a bad shape with predetermined length and width to surround the toes. The disposable toe pad absorbs sweat between toes and prevents the generation of odor and athlete`s foot. The disposable toe pad can be applied to shoes for wearing in bare feet, stockings for females, and rain boots, and can prevent the injury to dignity caused by the outer appearance.본 발명은 일회용 발가락 패드 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 일회용 발가락 패드는발가락을 감싸도록 일정한 길이와 폭을 갖는 띠형상으로 이루어져 서로 포개어지는 한 쌍의 패드 사이에 각각의 발가락이 삽입되도록, 상기 한 쌍의 패드의 연장방향에 대하여 간격을 두고 상기 연장방향에 수직한 폭 방향으로 상기 한 쌍의 패드가 서로 접합되어 형성되는 복수의 접합부에 의해, 상기 한 쌍의 패드에 복수의 구획으로 나뉘어 각각의 발가락이 수용되는 고리형상의 발가락수용부를 포함한다. 이와 같은 본 발명에 의하면 발가락 사이의 땀을 흡수하여 악취 및 무좀발생을 예방할 수 있고, 맨발로 신는 신발, 여성용 스타킹 또는 통풍이 안되는 레인부츠에도 적용이 가능하여 미용적인 측면에도 효과가 있으며, 외관상 발생할 수 있는 품위 손상을 예방할 수 있다.
