PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antibacterial appliance for a flowing water facility in which an antibacterial substance can be supplied without loss by a concentration having an effect to suppress proliferation of a microorganism for a constant period in a channel in which water flows, and degradation of the antibacterial substance can be prevented in a preservation time.SOLUTION: An antibacterial appliance 1 for a water facility that is installed in a water channel of a flowing water facility to suppress proliferation of a microorganism includes: a solid antibacterial agent 5 in which an antibacterial substance that dissolves by contacting to water is solidified an antibacterial agent encapsulation container 9 that encapsulates the solid antibacterial agent an antibacterial agent penetration container 6 that encapsulates the antibacterial agent encapsulation container 9 and in which at least one part is formed by a penetration membrane in which the antibacterial substance can be penetrated. The antibacterial agent encapsulation container 9 is formed to be annihilated by an external force or by contacting to water.
