The present invention relates to a hair dye composition comprising a pigment, a pigment solubilizing carrier and an optional additive, a method for producing the same, and a method for using the same. When the hair is dyed with the composition, the hair coloring is completed by applying a hair coloring material to hair of different colors that has been dried to a certain extent or completely dried, and then washed off after 3 to 15 minutes. The composition of the present invention has a simple composition, high color fastness and excellent dyeing effect, can be dyed quickly, and can control the degree of dyeing.
