PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid oily cleansing cosmetic which has a compatibility with a makeup cosmetic and make-up removal properties, is easily taken from a container with fingers and has excellent storage stability.SOLUTION: There is provided a solid oily cleansing cosmetic which comprises the following components (A) to (D), in which the content mass ratio [(an ester oil/(D)] of an ester oil in component (B) to component (D) is 3 or more and 15 or less. (A) a hydrocarbon oil having a melting point of 40°C or more and 120°C or less.
