PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleansing composition in the form of oil gel not only having good coating feeling but also having good cleansing power, rinse property, and moisturizing feeling after washing, as well as having good stability at high and low temperatures.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided an Oil-gelled cleansing composition comprising: (A) Oily component consisting of a triglyceride (a1) of fatty acid having a carbon number of 6 to 10 carbons and a vegetable oil (a2), which can be liquefied at 25°C, in terms of a specific content ratio； a (B) glycerin； (C) a polyoxyethylene alkyl or alkenyl ether phosphate surfactant represented by the formula (I)； and (D) a nonionic surfactant consisting of a fatty acid polyoxyethylene glyceryl (d1) having an HLB value of 9 to 13 and a fatty acid polyoxyethylene sorbitol (d2) having an HLB value of 9 to 13 in terms of a specific content ratio. In the composition, these components are included at their respective contents.
